Returns are accepted only via courier or post, after approval from our support team.
Return Shipping Charges
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kashmiri Hamam Mill will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund or Replacement
